Each year, I have a master list of UFOs (unfinished objects) that I want to finish. Last year, I actually won a prize with the Houston Modern Quilt Guild for having the most UFOs finished!! I think I kinda cheated by having the MOST UFOs to finish! LOL!!!

(my UFO finishing prize!!)

No cheating here…just plain finishing.

So, instead of overwhelming you with my year-long list of UFOs (which I do have on my laptop to keep me on track!), here is just this month’s hopeful finishes:

First and foremost, I have a double wedding ring in process! I’m using the best fabrics for this project – Melody Miller’s Trinket (most still available at Intrepid Thread!)

Can’t wait to see all of the blocks together!

Next, my HMQG Medallion Quilt:

I can’t show anymore than that because of…you know…secret gifts and all…

Also…this gift…

Time to bind!!! (Love that eye!)

This little improv sweetie has been sitting in my “to be quilted” pile for a while. There is a lot of negative white space that I need to plan out before I quilt…thus the procrastination. I think it’ll be a quilt of HOPE when I’m done! LOL!!!

I recently sewed down all of my sweet little sunbonnet sues on this quilt. Time to quilt! I love this one so much!!!!

Here’s a fun idea for stamped projects:

Valerie Wells was using a block that she carved herself to stamp fabric in her booth at Quilt Market last October. How fun to get one and turn it into a mini quilt using her fabrics (and Jennifer Sampou’s, too!). Again, time to quilt!

And time for more coffee this month, right???

And last, but not least, You will see this little beauty featured in a new blog series that starts tomorrow called “7 Days of Crafting Love with Sally’s Angelworks” celebrating Valentine’s Day.

See you in the craft room and here on the blog tomorrow!!

Blessings!!
