I hope you got the newsletter today! If you didn’t, it’s okay. I’ll send another one next Monday. And the next Monday. I love this job!

mornings

Each Monday I need a pick-me-up. It’s like when we put on our favorite “no-brainer” music to keep our brains focused on what we need to do (see what I did there?). We know the songs so well, that we are inspired to do excellent things while listening. (My fave playlist on Spotify is called “soul songs.” Check it out here!!)

My pick-me-up is words of HOPE!! Yep, you know me well.

I could be accused of being a PollyAnna, but I’m okay with that.

Honestly, I can get depressed easily with the best of them. I do not like it. (Does anyone?) My sweet mom and I have joked about Eeyore and Tigger. But even Eeyore is thankful and says positive things occasionally. And Tigger can get depressed (Have you seen the Tigger Movie? Eeeek!) for a little bit.

No matter how we think our personalities define us, we can still be kind to each other. We can encourage one another and lift each other up. I love the study of the “One Anothers” in the Bible. I’m thinking about doing another quilt with those highlighted. (See this post for my previous one!!)

What can you do to encourage someone today? I hope this post and the newsletter encourages you!!!
