One of the ways I LOVE to memorize scripture is to design a mini quilt around it.
Here’s a sweet little mini based on the scripture Jeremiah 33:3.
You can see how I was inspired to create this mini in this post on I’ll Take Jesus.
I actually found a moment to finish this mini…
I adore this sweet phone fabric from Melody Miller’s line, Trinket (check out the spools, too!!).
Scroll down to download the text page template for this scripture.
I’m still trying to decide if I should add little mini vintage buttons around the rotary part of the phone. What do you think? Leave a comment telling me if you think I should do that or not!! 😉
If you’d like to make this mini, cut the strips like this:
inside border: 1.5″ unfinished width
next border: 2″ unfinished width
outside phone border: 3″ unfinished width
Your inside piece of linen can be as big as you want it! And you can trace the phone from the fabric if you have that fabric. If not, leave a comment here, and I’ll email you the pattern that I traced from the fabric. You could also insert another embroidery pattern here!!
Most importantly, this verse is showing us the character of God. He is telling us to call upon Him. He’ll tell us those unknown things that He wants us to know. This verse is spurring me on to study the book of Jeremiah. As I call upon Him, he can show me in His Word what He wants to tell me!! So amazing!!!!
Let me know if you create this mini, too!
