Me Made May – Weeks 2-4

I loved the idea of Me Made May…looking back. I wish I had prepared better and had my serger lessons beforehand. I’m super excited about learning how to use a serger tomorrow with my friend, and I plan to have another few months of Me Made Clothes. But first, let me show you how May finished out!

May 19th: Mendocino skirt (Heather Ross fabric + Deborah Moebes Stitch By Stitch A-line (altered by me!))

May 20th: Alison Glass Handcrafted skirt fabric (Stitch by Stitch pattern) and t-shirt altered using Alison’s techniques from her book, Alison Glass Applique

May 21: Denim by Art Gallery Fabrics – Diplomat pattern by Liesl and Co (simplicity)

May 22: Blanc t-shirt (again) 🙂 pattern by Melly Sews

May 24: Alison Glass Handcrafted skirt fabric – Essential A-line pattern (Jona G)

May 25th: linen pants pattern from Lotta Jansdotter’s book Everyday Style

May 28: (Not pictured…for some reason!) Stylish Dress Book dress

May 29th: Succulent fabrics by Bonnie Christine, pattern from Simplicity (vintage)


These are four new pieces…well, two repurposed skirts and two new pieces. I have to alter the tshirt to fit a little better. That will go with my serger lesson tomorrow!
