This is the year I lose more weight…

This is the year I listen to my children more…

This is the year I actually send my Christmas cards (in January!!)…

This is the year my oldest child gets married…

This is the year I get it together…

This is the year of many quilt finishes…

This is the year I reorganize the whole house…

Most of those things are true!! But as I think about listing out a kind of resolution list for 2015, I start feeling that hyperventalating feeling of overwhelmed-ness!!

I experienced such a wonderful stress-free Christmas! (There might have been one minute I was a bit stressed and wanted to yell at the Schlotsky's guy who wouldn't take my order, or there may have not been that minute…) And I attribute that peace from the Giver of Peace, the Prince of Peace himself! 

I did have to keep seeking him and his peace to stay in that place, but ohhhhh, it was so worth it. 

As we are planning a wedding in six months, I am continuing to pursue the true source of peace! I am finishing more quilts, I am losing weight, I am listening more to my kiddos (I pray that I am!!), but I'm also not striving to be perfect or to finish my to-do list this very moment. We've got a little time right now to live! Let's do it!!
