{finish it friday…the mac version}

Lists and blog posts are my saving grace this summer! And maybe Pinterest! LOL!!

When I need a little inspiration to get things done, I just check out what I said I would finish, and then get 'er done!!

So I posted this picture on Wednesday…

Wednesday night, it became this:

There is something to be said for the presence of order in our lives!!! When my attitude about cleaning gets rough (don't ask my kids about that, please!!), I usually say, "God is not a God of chaos!!!" (My kids will confirm that quote for sure!!) It was delightful to wake up to this gorgeousness of color on Thursday morning!

I didn't use a pattern. I did use high-density foam to keep the laptop protected!

I love the lining!

And I learned how to put these kind of pockets in using a BariJ wallet pattern last year. I love it when I can use a new technique over and over!! 🙂 Especially when that technique dispels the fear of zippers! ♥
