Sunday, we celebrated my sweet mother in law!! She is a darling lady and wonderful mom. One of her passions is to garden. She and my awesome sister in law have put together the best backyard with a raised veggie garden and everything!! (I must show pics of that soon!!!)
Anyway, for her birthday, we bought her a tree (a while back!), BUT…
I didn't want her to leave her birthday dinner empty handed!!
So, I made her a large pouch with a tree thread-painted on it!!
I used noodlehead's tutorial right here and made the medium sized pouch. And all of the fabrics were from BariJ's LillyBelle line! Yummmy!!
She loved it!!! :)
Birthdays are fun now that I'm entrenched in handmaking things! (They always were fun, but even more so now!) Especially if I think about it ahead of time!! teeeheeee!
