{Amanda's Glamp in Madhuri}

So, while I'm still on vacation with my sister here up in the Pacific Northwest, I'm going to just share my Quiltmarket pics in a few daily posts spread out a bit!!

Today's post is one near and dear to my heart!!

It's featuring the Quilted Fish's booth!! yay!!

Here are Brooke and I with Amanda right before Sample Spree on Thursday night! Brooke and I are two of the fun girlies on Amanda's creative team…

what is a creative team, you ask?

Well, a creative team takes the artist's designs and create things out of them to represent the vision of the art (here, the fabric) while speaking in our own voice!!!

and within her booth are many fun pieces of art featuring her newest line, Madhuri which you can get in Julie's store, the Intrepid Thread. Sooooo fun!!!

Amanda's team (me included!! yay!) all made fun mini quilts to display:

Amanda did two tutorial make and takes…this first was making this fun flower pot pin cushion:

and then she demonstrated her new diamond 60degree ruler!! pure awesomeness!!

Her booth was sooo awesome!!!

she even won an award!!! she totally deserved it!
