{fabric, fabric, and more fabric!!}

it's official…I'm addicted!!

…to fabric, of course!!!!

Isn't this combo above just wonderful???

Well, today, I put it into action…& created this…

I used Randi's tutorial over here! (Can't wait to do March's sew-along!)

btw, did you see my ironing board before????

and yesterday, my darling 17yo ironed crayons on it…thank goodness I was already planning on changing it out!

Last night, I went crazy and made a whole purse for me!!! (stayed up a little late, too…yay, caffeine! LOL!)

I decided to not use Peltex on this one. I'm hoping I'm okay with that! LOL!!

This fabric just makes me happy!!! 🙂 yep, I'm addicted!

And you'll never believe that I got more wonderful yummy fabric in the mail yesterday!!!

Okay, you believe it, i know!! LOL!!!

And you want to see it, don't you????

So, I had to have this bundle from Julie's store, the Intrepid Thread!!!!!!! There's just something in the name "From Cream to Curry" that drew me in!! (probably my mother-in-law's curry chicken recipe!) So wonderfully yummmmmmmy!!

What should I make out of it??? Something seriously fun!!! I'm thinking a BIG dresden plate quilt! Great fabrics just inspire amazingness! LOL!

oh, but you don't think that's all I got from Julie, do you???

These fabrics are soooooo super fun!! Woodland Tails! I had to have them (of course, because of the lambies!!!). And I got the really fun panel, too!

Ohhhhhh it just makes my heart soar! God made fabric, didn't he??? 🙂 Because fabric makes my soul sing daily!

Have you been doing something that makes your soul sing???

Cute purse! I always think it would be fun to make an ironing board cover, but I always trash my covers, too. So, I can’t bring myself to make one out of my good fabrics (or to spend my time sewing something so utilitarian–haha). The last one I bought only cost $3, so I’m going to keep buying them! haha! But yours is so much more beautiful than mine!

Love your purse. LOVE your new fabric acquisitions! Jealous! LOL 😉
Actually, I have been running around this week scooping up Denyse Schmidt fabrics at J’s with all of the coupons! I bought all of the oranges and greys–I was inspired by your Monday post.
